How Do I Measure Myself? Knowing your measurements will ensure a comfortable fit. Not sure of your size? No problem. Here are easy, step-by step directions to help you collect these vital statistics.

Take a similar shirt with a collar that fits you well. Lay the collar flat and measure the inside of the collar from the button knot to the middle of the button hole. Number of inches = size.

Bend elbow slightly. Start at the centre back of neck (under the collar) and measure across the top of the shoulder and down the back of the arm, around the elbow, to the wrist. Number of inches = size.
